Service Scope

All services (installation, repair, gas refilling, cleaning, and AMC) are performed at the customer’s premises by our trained technicians.
We ensure high-quality workmanship using genuine parts wherever applicable.

Service Charges & Payments

Service charges are based on the type and condition of your AC.
Prices may vary depending on brand, model, or location.
Spare parts, refrigerant gas, or accessories are billed separately.
Payments must be made immediately after job completion via cash, UPI, or our Razorpay payment gateway.

Warranty & Liability

Warranty on parts or services is limited to the specific warranty mentioned on the invoice or as communicated during booking.
Vikura AC Solutions is not liable for pre-existing issues, hidden damages, or manufacturer defects in your AC.
We are not responsible for electrical issues or damages caused by power fluctuations.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

Bookings can be rescheduled or canceled by contacting our customer support at least 2 hours before the scheduled time.
Cancellations made after technician arrival may incur a visit charge.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers must ensure safe access to the service area.
Pets, valuables, and fragile items should be secured before service begins.
Accurate details such as address and contact number must be provided at the time of booking.

Company Rights

Vikura AC Solutions reserves the right to modify prices, offers, or policies without prior notice.
We may refuse service in case of unsafe or unhygienic conditions.
Appropriate action may be taken against misuse or false service complaints.
